It really is something I've been putting off for ages ~ probably ever since I first found out about blogging a few years ago. I've always fancied the idea of writing, but been too lazy to actually do any. I do 'write' a lot in my head, though ~ and even if I say so myself, the in-head stuff is quite funny! (What a shame I've not kept it in my head, I hear you say!!)
I used to think that blogs were perhaps a bit self-indulgent; a sort of 'look at me ~ aren't I witty' type-thing, but no-one is forced into reading them, are they? Lately, I've been coming across blogs by friends, family & work colleagues and I just love reading them. Thanks Petra & Lucy!
I don't care if no-one reads it, as it's for me & me alone, really. I would like to use it to develop my writing skills & get my jumbled up thoughts straightened out ~ some hope!
Anyway, here goes - time to publish & get it out there .........
